Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy The Next Chapter is a 24-week group coaching programme with only 15 places available. Each place is reserved exclusively for the participant who books it. A €150 deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to start the programme, subject to any statutory consumer cancellation rights that may apply. Once the programme has started, all payments are non-refundable. If you choose to leave the programme before the 24 weeks are completed, no partial or pro-rata refund will be provided. Missed coaching sessions, missed weeks, personal circumstances, holidays, lack of participation or a change of mind do not qualify for a refund or reduction in the programme fee. If you have selected a payment plan, you remain committed to the full programme fee of €950, even if you subsequently decide not to continue. Places cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval from Semira Forace Nutrition & Coaching. By paying the €150 deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
