24-Hour Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

For all online-booked sessions:

You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.
No-shows will also be charged the full session fee.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at info@semiraforace.com or through your booking confirmation.

How to Request Cancellation or Refund

Your full name
Booking reference or session date
Reason (optional)

We aim to respond and process requests promptly.

Non-Refundable Situations

Sessions already attended or completed
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice (except where statutory 14-day right applies)
Digital resources or materials once accessed or downloaded
