🏡 Personalised Nutrition Home Visit Take the guesswork out of your nutrition with a personalised 1:1 nutrition coaching experience in the comfort of your own home. We’ll start with a 30-minute coaching call to understand your goals, lifestyle, current routine and challenges. I’ll then visit you at home for a practical, personalised session focused on helping you build habits that work for your everyday life. Your home visit includes: • 30-minute 1:1 coaching call before your visit • Personalised home nutrition session • Personalised meal plan based on your goals, preferences and lifestyle • 1 month of WhatsApp support for questions, guidance and feedback • Access to my Success Hub, including 500+ recipes, nutrition guides, healthy swaps, meal-prep resources and lifestyle tools This isn’t about restrictive diets or completely changing the way you eat. It’s about understanding your nutrition, creating practical strategies and learning how to make choices that you can maintain long-term. Simple changes. Lasting results. 🤍
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy - the basics 24-Hour Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy For all booked Nutrition sessions: You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full. No-shows will also be charged the full session fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at info@semiraforace.com or through your booking confirmation or WhatsApp chat How to Request Cancellation or Refund Send your request to: info@semiraforace.com Please include: Your full name Booking reference or session date Reason (optional) We aim to respond and process requests promptly.
